A regional Center for Independent Living (CIL) and non-profit agency that empowers individuals with disABILITIES to live independent lives in the community by providing the following services: Information & Referral, Independent Living Skills Training, Youth Transistion, Adult transition from nursing homes, Personal Care Attendant Program, Advocacy, Employment Community First (ECF) Choices Waiver, Legal Services, Peer Support, Community-Based Living Options, Supported Employment, and Ashley Nicole Dream Playground.

Be Street Smart Campaign
Spirit of ADA Celebration
Youth Transition - Live Out Loud Academy (LOL)
Serves all ages; eligibility criteria may vary based on program. Must be a resident of the city of Knoxville.
